Over 100 residents of NOLA East came out to a candidate forum for the candidates running for District E City Council and School Board to ask them questions are where they stand on the proposed plasma gasification facility (garbage incinerator), recovery and economic development, and rebuilding our schools, parks, playgrounds and other needed infrastructure.
